Emma Sylvester

Emma is a UK-based casting director with a career rooted in television drama, alongside ongoing work across theatre and screen. She spent five years in-house at the BBC, beginning as an assistant before going on to cast some of the broadcaster’s most loved productions in her own right.
 

A passionate champion of actors from all backgrounds, Emma is committed to widening access and opportunity within the performing arts. She proudly serves on the board of trustees for the Anna Fiorentini Theatre & Film School, which promotes access to the arts for children and young people across London.
