It's Elsie's birthday. You are invited to celebrate.
Elsie has lived here all her life. She's seen wars, weddings, elections, funerals, people coming and people going. Here I Belong tells her story over six decades - from the coronation in 1953 to her birthday party on the night of the performance.
Staged cabaret style, the action happened all around, the audience. As we moved forward through time the décor and actors changed as we took you on a funny and moving journey through sixty years of village life.
