Melody trained at Manchester Polytechnic School of Theatre. 

She has worked with London Bubble, Cardboard Citizens, Freak Show, Border Crossings, Southwark Playhouse, Basingstoke Haymarket, The Nuffield in Southampton, Bolton Octagon, Sleeping Giant, Twisting Yarn, Chalkfoot Theatre, Pilot Theatre, The Watermill and Forest Forge and the BBC. She recently appeared in Selladoor's national tour of The History Boys. 

Melody lives in Hastings and plays bass with Eurasian country punk power trio, Wondermare.
