Sophie grew up in South Shropshire and was based in Ireland from 2002 to 2016. She studied at the Samuel Beckett Centre, Trinity College, Dublin, and trained on Rough Magic’s SEEDS 3 and the National Theatre Studio Director’s Programme. She founded WillFredd Theatre and was Associate Director of Rough Magic in Dublin.

Recent Directing work includes Millions of Years (ENO Baylis), BEES!, Jockey, CARE, FOLLOW, FARM (WillFredd Theatre), Tejas Verdes, Vincent River (Prime Cut) The Sleeping Queen (Wexford Festival Opera), Everything Between Us, Plaza Suite (Rough Magic). Sophie was Staff Director at English National Opera and Resident Assistant Director at the Abbey Theatre.

Andrew was born and grew up in Mid Wales, he trained as an actor and theatre director at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. As a director he has worked with companies and communities across Wales and the UK, as a writer Andrew makes original theatre and performance with and about the people who are in it. He collaborates with artists, performers and musicians; museums, charities and schools and creates work in a range of spaces from day centres and care homes to community centres and theatres.

Theatre includes: Me, Myself and I (University of Wales); Love Cardiff: City Road Stories and Home (Sherman Theatre).

Engagement projects include: Sherman Plays - a series of readings and conversations for older people across Cardiff and Fresh Ink a playwriting project for Schools.

Andrew co-directed the Pentabus Young Writers production of Into the Unknown.

Verity is a theatre producer, development manager and arts consultant originally from Cornwall and now based in Shropshire. She works part-time as Development Manager for Pentabus and previously worked as a producer and consultant for us. Verity managed and produced over sixty shows at the Edinburgh Festival for Off The Kerb Productions. Productions for Pentabus include Milked by Simon Longman, The Lone Pine Club by Alice Birch, Wolves Are Coming For You by Joel Horwood, and Here I Belong by Matt Hartley. Verity also produced A Dangerous Woman by Manjeet Mann which was chosen for the prestigious Soho Rising Season, and made the top 50 plays in the Verity Bargate Award in 2016.

Tom won the OTR National Radio Drama Award and the Footlights’ Harry Porter Prize and is part of the Soho Writers Alumni Group. He is published by Methuen Drama.
