Love Rural Theatre?

So do we. And so will the next generation - if we make it possible

Once you’ve taken care of your loved ones, please consider leaving a gift to Pentabus in your will. Help us mentor young talent and tour village halls, fields and festivals. With your support, we can bring extraordinary stories to rural communities in Shropshire, Herefordshire and beyond for years to come.

Give In Memory

Honour their love for theatre by donating in their memory

Many families choose to honour a family member by giving to charity instead of sending funeral flowers. If theatre was a part of their life, a gift to Pentabus is a meaningful and lasting tribute.

You Can Make A Difference

Leaving a legacy is easy

Leaving a legacy simply means adding a clause to your Will. You can choose to leave money, property, or shares either as a fixed amount or as a percentage of your estate – and because Pentabus is a registered charity – your gift will be exempt from inheritance tax. We recommend speaking with a solicitor when making or updating your will.

If you would like to discuss a gift, please contact our CEO: verity@pentabus.co.uk

Anne-Helene's Story

Anne-Helene Biosse Duplan

"I am passionate about theatre in general, and about new writing in theatre in particular. I love the collective, yet deeply personal, experience of theatre and the way new stories can help us understand ourselves, others and the world we live in. Leaving a legacy gift is my chance to say thank you for something that has been important in my life.

A Frenchwoman living in London, I came to Pentabus completely by chance. From the start, I fell in love with Pentabus’ uncompromising ambition to create world-class theatre while fully owning its mission to honour rural stories and venues.

I am continually impressed by the quality of its productions and by its commitment to engagement initiatives such as the Young Writers programmes.

For me, leaving a legacy to Pentabus is about investing in the future. Theatre has the power to change lives, and my gift will help ensure that the next generation of rural writers, actors and theatre-makers have opportunities to create and to inspire audiences all over the UK for years to come."
