On the shores of Seaton Carew in the North East, two brothers find themselves grappling with their father's impending demise amidst the tumult of a crumbling town. As familial tensions and societal rifts threaten to tear them apart, they are confronted by the relentless power of the sea, which has its own plans in store.
Against this backdrop, Mark and Tiny traverse the beach, wrestling with their emotions and the uncertainty of their future. Meanwhile, a mysterious figure crafted from driftwood haunts the coastline under the cover of night.
In a collaboration between Pentabus and ThickSkin, two of the UK's leading theatre companies, comes 'Driftwood', a poignant new play by Bruntwood Prize Winner, Tim Foley.
