Phil’s plays include Stealing Sweets And Punching People (Latchmere and Off-Broadway), Edible Oils And Fats (staged reading at Manhattan Theatre Club), The Stonewatcher (a translation for the National Theatre), Smashed Eggs (Pentabus; winner of the Arts Council Children’s Award 2003) and Isolated Children In Far Away Places (Manchester Royal Exchange). He is currently writing a new play for The Unicorn and adapting Pinocchio for the Royal Ballet.
